1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the tku9 platform available at tku9.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tku9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on this platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and tku9 (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the tku9 platform and close your account.

tku9 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, tku9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the tku9 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

1.2 Applicable Law

Your use of the tku9 platform is subject to applicable laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. tku9 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players accessing tku9 from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to the tku9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. tku9 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing its services.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the tku9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player with tku9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of tku9 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a matched bettor, arbitrage bettor, or using any automated software or system to exploit the platform.

2.2 Age Verification

tku9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals will not be processed until age verification has been completed to tku9's satisfaction. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of tku9 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a tku9 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a contact number. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any false identity when registering.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active tku9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, tku9 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any associated bonuses or winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tku9 username and password. tku9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify tku9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. tku9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of tku9's commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, tku9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are authorised. KYC requests will be communicated via the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

tku9 supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on tku9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on tku9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's tku9 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two hours of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the tku9 account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• Any bonus funds credited to the account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• tku9 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• tku9 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which tku9 accepts no liability.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any deposit or withdrawal transaction identified as fraudulent, unauthorised, or made in breach of these Terms & Conditions will be reversed and the relevant funds withheld pending investigation. tku9 cooperates with financial institutions and relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected fraud.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tku9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which will be clearly stated at the point of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all tku9 promotions unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a tku9 account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a defined validity period during which the wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice. Validity periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tku9 employs sophisticated monitoring tools to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, and tku9 reserves the right to close the offending account and void associated winnings.

5.4 tku9's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

tku9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered email address or through a platform notification.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

tku9 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games on the tku9 platform are powered by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring that outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including tku9 itself.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tku9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or redistribute winnings unfairly.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Making any misrepresentation to tku9, including providing false identification documents or false payment information.
• Engaging in any conduct that tku9 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward tku9 staff or other players.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering

tku9 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for suspicious patterns. tku9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering will be suspended immediately, and any relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required.

6.3 Bet Integrity

tku9 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where tku9 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. tku9's decision in all matters of bet integrity is final, subject to the complaints process outlined in these terms.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

tku9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by tku9

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Duplicate account registration.
• Account registered by or used by a player under 18 years of age.
• At the request of a player who has submitted a self-exclusion request under tku9's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, following prior notification to the registered email address.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any player who wishes to voluntarily close their tku9 account may do so by contacting the tku9 support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

7.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, all unused bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 7.2 above. Closed accounts may not be reopened without prior written approval from tku9's compliance team.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tku9 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the tku9 platform, regardless of whether tku9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.1 Platform Availability

tku9 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, network issues, and other circumstances beyond tku9's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. tku9 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

8.2 Third-Party Software Providers

Games and content on the tku9 platform are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While tku9 partners exclusively with certified and reputable providers, tku9 cannot accept liability for any malfunction, error, or interruption in a game caused by the software provider's systems, provided that tku9 takes reasonable steps to resolve the issue promptly.

8.3 Player's Responsibility for Losses

All gaming and betting activity on tku9 carries inherent financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose some or all of the funds they deposit and wager on the platform. tku9 does not accept any responsibility for financial losses incurred by players in the ordinary course of gaming, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes, sports results, or market movements.

8.4 Indemnification

By using the tku9 platform, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tku9, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
